All body therapies are given by Holistic Health Practitioners (HHP), that have completed over a 1,000 hours of training and have years of experience. 


Relaxation - A thorough once over massage with pressure and strokes set to relax and revitalize your muscles and mind. 


Reflexology  - An alternative method involving the practice of massaging or applying pressure to parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.


Sport - Help athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. A constant build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.  Preparing for a big race, or winding down after one, a sport massage should be on the to do list of any athlete.


Pregnancy Massage - Massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints.


Deep Tissue - Deep therapeutic bodywork style that blends traditional muscle sculpting techniques with Trigger Point Work, rocking, and various joint movement therapies. Slow and firm pressure strokes set to alleviate  chronic tension, or locked up muscles. 


 

 

Aromatherapy - Oils have also been shown to beneficially affect the emotional and mental processes when they are inhaled, applied or diffused into the air. Whether you are needing to lessen the pain from sore muscles, feeling a sense of sadness, or need mental clarity oils may be the answer that you are looking for. Hot Stone  - Stones are used as tools to deliver effective tissue and muscle therapy.  The heat from the stones relaxes muscles, increase the blood flow to the area being worked on which further accelerates the healing process. This increase in circulation and the relaxation of the muscles also aids in mental relaxation.
